• Deposit required for electric/security (equal to the monthly rate) is required when reservation is made.
• A deposit of $100.00 is required for weekly and monthly R.V. reservations, Boat slip deposit equal to a months rental and daily reservations payment in full is required as deposit. All deposits ar to be paid at the time of reservation.
• Daily Wet Slip Rental includes boat ramp, parking and trailer storage.
• 30 amp and 50 amp metered electric service available.
• Weekly Wet Slip rental includes use of the boat ramp, parking and trailer storage.
• Monthly Wet Slip rental includes use of the boat ramp. Monthly rentals require a security deposit equal to monthly rental.
• Slips wider than 15' are an extra $20/month

Storage Yard Rates

• Weekly, monthly and annual storage yard rates for boats include the use of the boat ramp and do not include wet slip and campsite fees.

• During holiday weekends the minimum stay for accommodations is three (3) nights.
• Reservations for holidays are paid in full and are non-refundable (shorter stays are not reserved and are subject to availability.

• For reservation information and modifications contact the manager by phone.
• Reservations are non-transferable and the guest for whom the accommodation is reserved may not be changed.
• Reservations guarantee accommodations only. Reservations do not guarantee a particular site; however, we try to honor requested sites whenever possible.
• All reservations are based on availability.
• Reservations for less than fifteen (15) nights may be made two (2) months before a planned stay.
• Reservations for more than fifteen (15) nights may be made three (3) months before a planned stay.
• To be placed on a waiting list for accommodations contact the manager.
• Reservations not redeemed on the check-in date are automatically cancelled and the accommodation and deposit are forfeited.

• A deposit of 50% of the accommodation fee is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment of the reservation deposit must be received within seven (7) days of the booking or the reservation will automatically be cancelled. The remaining 50% of the accommodation fee is required upon check-in.
• Back to back reservations require a deposit for each time period reserved.

• In order to receive a full refund of your reservation deposit, notification of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• Reservations cancelled more than thirty (30) days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund or credit.
• Reservations cancelled less than thirty (30) days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a refund or credit equal to 50% of the reservation deposit.
• Reservations not cancelled or not redeemed on the scheduled check-in date will not receive a refund or credit.
• There are no refunds or credits for early departures.
• There are no refunds or credits for holiday weekend reservations.

• Discounts are subject to availability and apply to regular daily rates only. Discounted accommodations will only be accepted for 2 day maxium. And is only accepted Sunday - Thursday. No holiday or special events.
